Overall really liked the stay. The highlight was the hospitality of the staff which was amazing... They were very caring and comforting.. Especially Ms. Shreya from the hospitality desk went all out to accommodate me and my colleagues at the lounge for an hour, while we had checked out and our flight was late in the night. That was a very kind gesture. Also Ms. Riya at the lounge took good care of us.

The breakfast spread was great and tasty and the service was amazing with attention of the Chef himself. The dinner buffet was also very nice with attention to diabetic people providing sugar free dessert.

The staff was very friendly and addressing requests with smile. Have to mention about Meba and ever smiling another staff whose name I forgot. Not to forget about the excellent spread of food during breakfast and lunch.

I arrived late, left early and stayed one night only, so I couldn't really enjoy all amenities, but the hotel was extremely nice. Not sure if I was lucky, but my room was in fact two rooms together, with a small kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms. Tough luck I couldn't enjoy it more than just for few hours of sleeping. Breakfast selection was enormous and more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been very helpful, thank you Ashwini for your kindness.

One of the best five star hotel in Chennai. All the staff were amazing starting from Anand from handling luggage , Shriya and her team with front desk , executive chef Sravanan and team with cooking. Room services team were really good and all the staff were helpful at all times The best 5 star hotel to stay in Chennai

The entire experience at this establishment is truly exceptional. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Moreover, my room surpassed all expectations and can only be described as the epitome of comfort. The customer experience team, led by the highly capable Miss Kranti, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and were consistently friendly and helpful. To sum it up, this is undoubtedly the ultimate destination for anyone visiting Chennai.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India. Thank you for everything.

Warmly greeted by Shreya at the front desk who took us up to our room. Amazing breakfast spread - wide variety of choices. Chef Darwan was very hospitable and his Asian food was very good. The waiters were kind and accommodating to my elderly mum. Comfortable room and bathroom size.

The food was fresh and tasty. Options were plenty. The staff although most of them were junior, seemed to be trained to talk to the customer, ask about their preferences, basically being courteous, was excellent. I could see the staff happy, smiling and mingling. When you see people enjoying their work, that is serving you the customer, you are always delighted to be there. Let this not taper down please ! Keep this up always.

It was great experience. Staffs were friendly but professional, room equipment was also great (especially it is important for me that they had bathtab in the room). In addition, they have a free autorickshaw from the hotel to phoenix mall so you can enjoy the shopping. I would recommend this hotel if you would like comfortable staying in chennai.
